To comply with our legal obligations and PAGCOR-aligned standards, phjo may collect copies of government-issued identification documents (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID), selfie photographs for liveness verification, and proof of address documents.
When you make deposits or withdrawal requests, phjo processes payment-related data including your GCash mobile number, Maya account details, bank account information (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and transaction records. phjo does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.

Technical log data is retained for up to twelve (12) months unless a longer retention period is required for security or legal purposes.
