By accessing, registering on, or using the phjo platform — whether via the phjo website at phjo.asia, the phjo mobile application, or any other phjo-branded channel — you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phjo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all aspects of the phjo platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer services, sports betting, bingo, and all promotional programmes offered by phjo. By completing the phjo registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions contained herein.
phjo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of phjo after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use phjo. This age requirement is imposed in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. phjo conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at phjo's discretion.
phjo is operated for and marketed to residents of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and that you are not accessing phjo from a restricted territory. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your location.
To create a phjo account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) phjo account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered by phjo will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with secondary accounts may be confiscated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjo login credentials, including your username and password. phjo strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. You must immediately notify phjo support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to share your phjo account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account. Any activity conducted through your phjo account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information. phjo is not liable for delivery failures, payment delays, or account issues arising from inaccurate personal information held on your account.
phjo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. The minimum deposit is ₱100. phjo does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Deposits made via payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed by phjo within the timeframe stated in the platform's cashier section. phjo reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
All transactions on phjo are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the player.
phjo offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. The full terms of each promotion are disclosed at the point of offer.
Bonuses are credited to your phjo account in bonus funds, which must be wagered a specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable cash. phjo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms. Multiple accounts registered to benefit from the same promotion will result in disqualification from all promotions and potential account closure.
phjo employees, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any phjo promotional programmes.
All games available on phjo are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing any bet on phjo, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game. phjo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers according to the rules of each respective game variant.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, phjo will apply its error resolution procedure, which may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned. phjo's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game result is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.
You agree to conduct yourself appropriately in all phjo chat environments, including live dealer chat. Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at dealers, other players, or phjo staff is grounds for immediate account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjo and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
phjo reserves the right to immediately suspend, investigate, and permanently close any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities, and to report such activity to relevant authorities including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
All content on the phjo platform — including but not limited to the phjo brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjo or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phjo solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phjo content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phjo intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phjo platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
phjo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phjo's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your phjo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including (but not limited to): breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, prolonged inactivity, or at phjo's sole discretion for business reasons. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your phjo account at any time by contacting phjo support. Outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in applicable promotion terms.
phjo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. phjo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phjo's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
phjo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or via in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of phjo following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using phjo and may request account closure.
